This is the corded version and includes a cord set with an Australian plug and a warm white bulb.

A one-off frosted Cloud Ember prototype from the development of the Veil Lamp, released through Studio Editions.

While developing the Veil, we tested a frosted surface treatment instead of the clearer, glass-like finish used for the final direction. The result is softer and more diffused, with the Cloud Ember colour appearing hazier when switched off and glowing warmly when illuminated.

We liked the effect, but never had the time to develop this finish into a full release. This studio prototype is now being offered as a one-off piece while we clear space for new work.

There is no production defect - this is an experimental surface-finish study.

Can I replace the bulb?

Yes! The lamp can be easily unscrewed from the bottom to replace the bulb.

How do I assemble the lamp?

Minor assembly is required and takes about 1–2 minutes. Full instructions are included in the box, and no tools are needed.

Are the lamps safe and certified for use in Australia?

Yes. Namami Studio is a registered Responsible Supplier under the Australian Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS). All of our electrical components are fully certified:

  • Cord sets (including dimmable and switch types) are RCM certified for use in Australia.
  • Standard & Dimmable warm white bulbs are RCM approved.
  • RGB smart bulbs meet CE & EMC international safety standards.

Namami Studio designs and produces only the decorative 3D-printed shades, while all electrical parts are sourced from certified manufacturers. Minor assembly (1–2 minutes) is required when setting up your lamp.
