This Mandarin Iris Portable lamp is offered as a Seconds piece due to a slight cosmetic imperfection at the base of the lamp, as shown in the final photograph. The imperfection is minor and does not affect the functionality, durability or overall appearance of the lamp.

Apart from this small detail, the lamp is in excellent condition and performs exactly as intended, providing the same warm, cordless glow as our standard portable collection. It is offered at a special price as a unique one-of-one Seconds piece.

Can I replace the bulb?

Yes! The lamp can be easily unscrewed from the bottom to replace the bulb.

How do I assemble the lamp?

Minor assembly is required and takes about 1–2 minutes. Full instructions are included in the box, and no tools are needed.

Are the lamps safe and certified for use in Australia?

Yes. Namami Studio is a registered Responsible Supplier under the Australian Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS). All of our electrical components are fully certified:

  • Cord sets (including dimmable and switch types) are RCM certified for use in Australia.
  • Standard & Dimmable warm white bulbs are RCM approved.
  • RGB smart bulbs meet CE & EMC international safety standards.

Namami Studio designs and produces only the decorative 3D-printed shades, while all electrical parts are sourced from certified manufacturers. Minor assembly (1–2 minutes) is required when setting up your lamp.

The lamp is beautiful, but no charger

The lamp is beautiful, the remote (which I didn’t realise came with it so was a bit of a surprise) works very well too. It is quite confusing how to use all the functionality though and I kinda wish it just turned on and off without all the various settings. The only thing I would say is that it didn’t come with a charging cable which I thought was a bit odd. Overall very happy though, as I said it is absolutely gorgeous.
