Veil Lamp – Design Trial Edition

This Veil Lamp is a one-of-one Design Trial piece created during the development of the final production design. Throughout the design process, we explored different variations of form, translucency and material combinations to achieve the balance between concealment and illumination that defines the Veil collection.

This particular lamp features a white outer shell with a mandarin inner form, showcasing one of the unique directions explored before the final design was released. The layered construction creates a distinctive glow while revealing the relationship between the translucent outer veil and the coloured core within.

There are no cosmetic or functional defects with this lamp. It is being offered as a special one-off piece, making it a rare opportunity to own an original part of Namami Studio’s design journey.

Can I replace the bulb?

Yes! The lamp can be easily unscrewed from the bottom to replace the bulb.

How do I assemble the lamp?

Minor assembly is required and takes about 1–2 minutes. Full instructions are included in the box, and no tools are needed.

Are the lamps safe and certified for use in Australia?

Yes. Namami Studio is a registered Responsible Supplier under the Australian Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS). All of our electrical components are fully certified:

  • Cord sets (including dimmable and switch types) are RCM certified for use in Australia.
  • Standard & Dimmable warm white bulbs are RCM approved.
  • RGB smart bulbs meet CE & EMC international safety standards.

Namami Studio designs and produces only the decorative 3D-printed shades, while all electrical parts are sourced from certified manufacturers. Minor assembly (1–2 minutes) is required when setting up your lamp.
