Inspired by the harmony of Japanese architecture, the Kengo San lamp captures the balance between grounding and lightness.
Its name blends Kengo, a nod to Kengo Kuma’s architectural philosophy of natural simplicity, with San the Japanese word for mountain. The form reflects this duality - poised on tripod legs, elevated yet rooted, sculptural yet calm.

Crafted with a minimalist exterior and a thoughtfully engineered interior, Kengo San diffuses a warm, ambient glow that transforms any space into a serene architectural vignette.
Each piece is made locally in Melbourne from biodegradable materials, embodying Namami Studio’s vision of sustainable design and modern craftsmanship.

Yes! The lamp can be easily unscrewed from the bottom to replace the bulb.

How do I assemble the lamp?
The lamp comes fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box.

Are the lamps safe and certified for use in Australia?

Yes. Namami Studio is a registered Responsible Supplier under the Australian Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS). All of our electrical components are fully certified:

  • Cord sets (including dimmable and switch types) are RCM certified for use in Australia.
  • Standard & Dimmable warm white bulbs are RCM approved.
  • RGB smart bulbs meet CE & EMC international safety standards.

Namami Studio designs and produces only the decorative 3D-printed shades, while all electrical parts are sourced from certified manufacturers. Some light assembly may be required when setting up your lamp.
